Sound barriers are materials help to block sound and noise or create soundproof walls, ceilings, or enclosures for noisy equipment.
The standard size of the sound barrier is 3000x1000mm, customized according to the project requirements. It is composed of PVC-coated canvas, sound-absorbing cotton + soundproof felt, and water-proof fabric.

1. The main acoustic materials of this product are sound-absorbing and sound insulation materials, cover with waterproof canvas.
2. Surface material is PVC, excellent on waterproof performance.
3. Sound insulation performance can reach: Rw27.
4. Thickness: 20mm, 30mm
5. Optional colors: blue, green or other colors.
ACOUSTIC PERFORMANCE
According to the ISO 140-3:1995 standard, the sound transmission loss of the sound barrier system is as follows:
INSTALLATION
This sound insulation system can be supported easily with bracket and hang on the site, or simply nail to fix on the existing structure.
APPLICATION
Typical uses include lining stud cavity of staggered stud drywall wall construction, or laid on top of ceiling tiles to improve transmission loss. Also may be suspended from roof deck to drywall to close gaps between rooms to prevent noise flanking over the top of the partition wall. Also used over existing walls in mechanical rooms or similar.
